About the NTA
The NTA was jointly funded from 1995 to 2001 by the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor, including the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, and the National School-to-Work Office (Cooperative Agreement Number H158M50001). The mission of the NTA was to promote the transition of youth with disabilities toward desired postschool experiences, including gainful employment, postsecondary education and training, and independent living.
